Support

Help when you need it.

Start with the common questions below or contact TuckR89 support.

Sign-in code

Check the email address carefully, allow time for delivery, and request a new code if the previous challenge expires.

Offline notes

Existing local notes should remain available without a network connection. Cloud sync requires connectivity.

App Lock

App Lock depends on supported device authentication. Confirm your device PIN, fingerprint or other supported authentication is configured.

New device or reinstall

Do not assume encrypted cloud notes are recoverable on a fresh device in V1. See the Security page for the current recovery limitation.

Before contacting support

What should I include?

Your device model, Android version, Secure Notes version, what you expected to happen, and the exact non-sensitive error message.

What should I never send?

Do not send note contents, encryption keys, verification codes, bearer tokens, purchase tokens or screenshots containing sensitive notes.

Can support decrypt my notes?

The Secure Notes design does not provide support with your device-held plaintext encryption keys. Support should not ask you to send note content or encryption keys.
