Secure Notes terms.

These Terms of Use govern your use of Secure Notes and related Secure Notes services provided by TuckR89 LLC.

1. Using Secure Notes

You may use Secure Notes for lawful personal or business productivity purposes. You are responsible for the information you store, the security of your device and email account, and compliance with applicable laws.

2. Accounts

Secure Notes may use passwordless email-code authentication. You are responsible for maintaining control of your email account and devices. Do not share verification codes or session credentials.

3. Encrypted data and recovery

Secure Notes is designed to encrypt local note data and to encrypt note content on-device before sync. The current V1 E2EE master key is device-held. New-device, reinstall and cross-device cryptographic recovery are not guaranteed or represented as completed V1 features. You are responsible for understanding this limitation before relying on cloud sync as a recovery mechanism.

4. Availability

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue features. Network services may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, device settings, platform restrictions or events outside our control.

5. Paid features

Where offered, Secure Notes Pro may be sold as an auto-renewing subscription through an app store. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, trial eligibility, taxes and cancellation options are shown by the applicable store before purchase. Store terms and refund rules may also apply.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Secure Notes or related services to violate law, interfere with service operation, probe or abuse security controls, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access or infringe the rights of others.

7. No guarantee of perfect security or uninterrupted service

We design Secure Notes with security protections, but no software, device, network or storage system can guarantee absolute security, permanent availability or zero data loss.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secure Notes is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties not expressly required by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TuckR89 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of Secure Notes. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

10. Termination and deletion

You may stop using Secure Notes at any time. Account deletion is available as described on the Data & Account Deletion page. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or address abuse.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
